You can make payment either using creadit card/debit card or you can make the payment using Malaysia Online Banking (FPX) via our website discoverbeyond.my

Yes, we do have deposit payment option and also full payment option. 

Yes, it is safe, and we do not share it with anyone.

No, we just accept MYR currency because we more focus more in Malaysia. However, in coming plan we will open for all currency to be accept in our website.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel the booking, please do contact us via email at admin@tapakxholiday.com or +6010-8777780. Please provide the booking number and we will check and confirm the cancellation before proceed with the refund for full payment or deposit.

It depends on the activity and the time taken by you to cancel it. Some activities may take charges, and some may not be up to a certain amount of time. In advance only, please have a glance at the cancellation policies of the activity while you are booking.

Booking

Yes,you can call us on the phone number at+6010‑877 7780 and our customer service members will assist for any kind of bookings.

Yes, basically we will take a deposit as a booking fee once agree and confirm with the booking.

To view your bookings , you must login with your I’d and password in discoverbeyond.my and then you can view all the other activities like bookings, cancellation policy , printouts , booking information through message and mail.

We request you to check your mail and the message that is linked through your phone number. If then also you didn’t get any confirmation then you email us at admin@tapakxholiday.com We will check and solve the issue and then get back to you immediately.

Yes Once the payment is successfully done you will receive the confirmation message via mail and the phone number you have provided.

We take online payment mode only.

Yes, we do take deposit RM100 for the booking and your will pay the remaining before the booking date via our invoice that email to you.
